Our webshop is developed with software from MyOnlineStore. Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. MyOnlineStore is obliged by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. MyOnlineStore uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data are collected and / or stored.

Webhosting

Fastware

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Fastware
. Fastware processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Fastware has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data.
Fastware is bound by an agreement to confidentiality.

E-mail and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. Through this link you can unsubscribe from our newsletter. Office365

For our regular business email traffic we use the services of Office365. This party has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and city details and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above-mentioned safeguards for the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur will also publish your name on their own website. In some cases we may contact you to explain your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics

If you place an order with us it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

Exact

To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address and details regarding your order.

These details are used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data are transmitted and stored securely. Exact is required to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data with the utmost confidentiality. Exact will not use your personal data for other purposes than the purposes described above.

Purpose of the data processing
